BEDFORD-STUYVESANT - An elderly woman says she's being forced out of her Bedford-Stuyvesant home because of mold.

Laura Anne Edmondson has been battling the mess for three years at her Nostrand Avenue apartment. The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) has stepped in to clean up, but Edmondson says the harsh cleaners have aggravated her already frail health. She feels the mold that has cost her thousands of dollars in personal items over the years will return.

Edmondson is asking for a new public housing apartment.
