NEW YORK - Political activists have teamed with some city high school students to drop fair election banners over several New York highways.

The groups Money Out of Politics and 99 Rise placed hundreds of signs on area overpasses for a second day to call on state lawmakers to pass fair election reforms for the upcoming legislative session. Members say they're trying to gain support for real campaign finance changes.

Brooklyn drivers may notice the banners while heading along the Belt Parkway and the Gowanus Expressway.
