EAST FLATBUSH - Crime scene tape roped off part of one East Flatbush block after Tuesday night?s violent storms left a row of fallen limbs and totaled cars.

Tree limbs fell and crushed two cars and knocked out power to several homes on East 42nd Street. Residents said it sounded like a tornado.

The parks department is working to clear the debris, but some residents were told it could take up to five days of chainsaws and chopping to clean up Mother Nature?s mess.
