Mother of shooting victim Kimani Gray devastated by decision not to charge NYPD officers

The 16-year-old was shot and killed by two plainclothes officers last year.

The mother of a 16-year-old shooting victim says she was devastated to learn that the NYPD officers who shot her son won't be indicted.

Kimani Gray's mother, Carol Gray, held a press conference with former Councilman Charles Barron, saying they are outraged because they believe that police used unreasonable force and denied Gray medical care that could have saved his life.
