CONEY ISLAND - Several kids from Bergen Beach are swimming for answers in the midst of Shark Week.

The children came across a dead shark on the shores of Coney Island earlier this week. The next morning, they came across pictures of what appeared to be that same shark on a subway car.

MTA officials have confirmed that a shark made it onto a Queens-bound N train, but are unsure how it got there. The shark was later put in a garbage bag and thrown out.

Meanwhile, the kids say they're unhappy with how the shark was treated, especially since it ended up on a train.
