Mural unveiled in Bedford-Stuyvesant

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT - A mural created by young artists was unveiled today in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The mural, which depicts the impact of war on Brooklyn's black communities, was painted on the Willoughby Avenue headquarters of the Black Veterans for Social Justice.

Organizers say young artists from the Groundswell Mural Project collected stories from veterans and portrayed them visually to create the mural.
