BROOKLYN - Parents of children with autism and developmental disabilities gathered on the steps of City Hall today to discuss free services and support offered by My Time Inc.

The organization is located inside the Bayview Community Center on Shore Parkway.

Parents also called on elected officials to support families who have children with autism.

The group says it wants greater attention given to bus services for kids with autism. It says children with developmental disabilities are often waiting too long to be picked up before and after school.
