BROOKLYN - Four families living next door to a building that partially collapsed yesterday were evacuated as a precaution.

Fire officials say there was a partial collapse at the vacant building on 19 Troutman Street. They are monitoring the building for other signs of structural damage.

The four families have been temporarily relocated as a precaution.
