BROOKLYN - Four lucky drivers got free gas in Coney Island Monday, compliments of the Brooklyn Nets.

The basketball stars surprised motorists at a Mobil gas station on Neptune Avenue as part of their Random Acts of Kindness program.

Organizers say Coney Island was picked because the neighborhood suffered so badly during Superstorm Sandy.
