BROOKLYN - Two new roller coasters are coming to Coney Island.

Steeple Chase and the Soarin' Eagle, a 66-foot roller-coaster, will debut as part of the park's Scream Zone on Stillwell Avenue. Riders will be strapped in a horizontal position and go through a series of twists, turns and loops. They may even go upside-down.

These are the first new roller-coasters on Coney Island since 1927.

Borough President Marty Markowitz says hundreds of jobs will be created by the new attractions at Luna Park and the Scream Zone.
