NEW YORK - New York City has unveiled a redesign of its official website.

NYC.gov is now fully accessible on smartphones and tablets.

From the homepage, users can get important alerts, file a 311 complaint, opt for customized information about their neighborhoods, and see a listing of events and programs.

The website was established in 2000 and hasn’t undergone a makeover since 2003.
