BROOKLYN - A newborn baby is in ACS custody after being abandoned in a hospital bathroom in Bed-Stuy.

A representative for Interfaith Medical Center says a woman came in Thursday afternoon with the baby and two other children. Surveillance cameras captured her going into a bathroom with all three kids, and leaving without the newborn, who was found in the sink.

Police say there are no criminal charges pending because it's being handled as a safe haven case.
