'Newburgh Four' await bail decision

WHITE PLAINS - Prosecutors and defense attorneys presented arguments in front of a White Plains judge today over the bail eligibility of four men dubbed the "Newburgh Four."

The accused suspects have been in jail for more than a year after they allegedly plotted to bomb synagogues in the Bronx and shoot down military planes at Stewart Air Base in Orange County.

A federal judge in the case ruled last week that prosecutors withheld crucial evidence from the defense. NY bomb trial delayed, prosecution needs more time
