No change of venue in Levi Aron's murder trial

BROOKLYN - An appeals court has ruled that Levi Aron?s murder trial will be held in Brooklyn.

Aron, 35, is accused of kidnapping, killing and dismembering 8-year-old Leiby Kletzky in July.

Defense lawyers had claimed that potential jurors in Brooklyn would be tainted due to the media coverage of the case in the borough and that they believed a trial would be more fair on Long Island or in The Bronx.
