BROOKLYN - Registered nurses at Brooklyn Hospital Center are fighting to keep their pension plan in place.

Nurses rallied in Fort Greene yesterday against possible pension cuts in their new contract. Negotiations have been ongoing since December.

The hospital says pension cuts are needed to fill a budget gap. Nurses say they want to see proof of where the money is going before their pensions take a hit.
