BROOKLYN - City students are outpacing their peers nationwide on the SAT exam, according to Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Schools Chancellor Dennis Walcott.

Bloomberg and Walcott made a special trip to Bedford Academy today to show how well students in the school and citywide are doing. Their success is being measured by how city students did on the SAT exams.
