NYPD: Drunken driving arrests down in 2011

BROOKLYN - The New York Police Department says drunken driving arrests were down in 2011.

New statistics show DWI arrests are down nearly 16 percent in The Bronx from 2009. Throughout the city, arrests declined more than 13 percent.

Brooklyn saw a 19.8 percent drop compared to arrests in 2010, the biggest decrease in the city.
