BAY RIDGE - Police have released a surveillance photo in hopes that the public will help them solve a Bay Ridge hate crime. Investigators say the man may be responsible for spray-painting the words "USA Arab U R Dead" and "Where's the Love" in front of 6817 Third Ave. The incident happened back in July. One Arab-American business owner on the block says neighbors are still in shock and hope an arrest is forthcoming. Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
