PROSPECT HEIGHTS - Police at the NYPD's 78th Precinct turned part of the building into a haunted house for the neighborhood.

Officers redecorated the station house's basement to look like a scene from a scary movie.

Officers ditched their uniforms in favor of elaborate costumes to try and scare visitors.

The haunted house runs through Friday night.
