NYPD widows, children spend fun-filled day in Coney Island

CONEY ISLAND - Widows and children of fallen NYPD officers spent a fun-filled day today at Coney Island for free.

Escorted by NYPD officers, children had access to unlimited rides in Luna Park. Family members of those lost in the line of duty say it's a great way to show they are not forgotten.

This was the 76th year that the NYPD Anchor Club has provided widows and children free access to Coney Island.
