Officer James Li honored by NYPD after being shot in line of duty
The NYPD is honoring one of its own today who was shot in the line of duty.
Back in February, officer James Li and his partner saw a man getting on an MTA bus without paying. When they confronted him, police say 28-year-old Rashun Robinson shot at Li and hit him in both legs.
