BROOKLYN - The old Domino Sugar factory site now has a new owner.

Two Trees Management says it officially bought the property on the Williamsburg waterfront for $185 million. The acquisition comes nearly four months after the company first signed a letter of intent to buy the stalled grounds.

Two Trees is expected to build a residential building.
