BROOKLYN - Police have arrested the man who they believe robbed a woman in front of a group of children in Bed-Stuy.

Investigators say 36-year-old Oneil Borgella followed the victim and eight kids she was taking care of into an elevator on Fulton Street. He then pretended to have a gun and took off with the woman's jewelry.

The robbery was all caught on surveillance video, and fortunately no one was hurt.

Borgella is charged with robbery and menacing.
