Cops say the kids, aged 9 and 12, have been charged as juveniles.

BROOKLYN - Two elementary school students in Flatbush are accused of poisoning a teacher. 

According to police, the 9- and 12-year-old students from P.S. 315 put rat poison in the teacher's water bottle on Monday. 

The kids have been charged as juveniles with attempted assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon. 

The fourth-grade teacher reported feeling nauseous the following day, was treated and is recovering.
