Parents: Closing day cares will cause hardship

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN - Parents at Duffield Day Care Center in Downtown Brooklyn say plans to shutter the center would be a hardship for their families.

Duffield is one of 10 day care centers in the borough that have been put on the chopping block by the Administration for Children's Services.

ACS tells News 12 Brooklyn that they "have prioritized being able to serve every child now being served and will work with parents to make sure their children continue to receive services in their community."
