BROOKLYN - The parents of 11-year-old Briana Ojeda are calling for action.

The parents say an officer prevented their daughter from receiving medical attention while she was having an asthma attack. Briana died shortly after.

That officer has since been suspended without pay.

A lawyer for the parents says they are asking for a criminal investigation.
