BROWNSVILLE - The parents of shooting victim Andre Pitts are asking for help in apprehending the man who murdered their son Sunday.

Police have released a surveillance video showing the shooting in hopes that someone with information will come forward.

Pitts, 18, was shot multiple times after exiting an elevator inside a building on Lott Avenue and was pronounced dead at an area hospital. His mother, Cassandra Bradley, says he had received a phone call right before the shooting, and she believes her son was set up.
