PARK SLOPE - Brooklyn schools will miss out on millions after Mayor Michael Bloomberg and the United Federation of Teachers failed to reach an agreement on a new teacher evaluation system.

Since Bloomberg and the teachers union couldn't agree on a system by the midnight deadline, schools will miss out on half a billion dollars in state funding.
