Greenpoint residents say they're fed up after waiting six years for a waterfront park the city has yet to begin building.

Dewey Thompson, of Community Board 1, says when the area was rezoned in 2005 for luxury towers, the city promised to build the park in a lot, but only when it found a new space for the MTA, which keeps buses parked there.
