PARK SLOPE - After the second consecutive day of freezing cold temperatures, people say they've had enough.

Residents out in Park Slope kept bundled up in layers as temperatures remained below zero.

Over in Prospect Park, the cold weather kept many bikers and runners away.

A nearby hardware store says the cold weather has been a big plus for business, as it's completely sold out of handwarmers.
