Park Slope community fights back against attacks

PARK SLOPE - More than 300 Park Slope residents came together last night for a unification rally in light of sexual attacks in the neighborhood.

During the rally, police officers spoke with residents about their concerns. They also passed out fliers with a sketch of a suspect believed to be behind some of the attacks.

According to police, there has been at least eight attempted sexual assaults and rapes in Park Slope since March. Anyone with information on the attacks is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
