Part of building collapses in Brooklyn

A construction worker was taken to the hospital for minor injuries to his head after part of a building collapsed in Brooklyn Monday.The Buildings Department

BROOKLYN - A construction worker was taken to the hospital for minor injuries to his head after part of a building collapsed in Brooklyn Monday.

The Buildings Department say the third floor collapsed onto the second floor causing debris to fly into the air and onto the ground. The department issued a stop work order with instructions to demolish the rest of the building.

No other injuries were reported.
