Partial building collapse leaves man homeless

EAST FLATBUSH - A partial building collapse in East Flatbush has forced a man out of his home.

James Hines says he stepped out of his home today and returned to find a number of emergency vehicles outside.

Hines says after speaking to authorities, it appears termites likely caused bricks to fall from the side of his home. Hines believes they may have chewed through one of the structure's wood beams.
