BROOKLYN - The creator of a patriotic mural in Kensington says he's determined to find the person who desecrated it.

"Patriotism makes me sick" was scrawled across the stars and stripes mural on McDonald Avenue. The building owner posted surveillance video of the alleged crime on YouTube.

Artist Scott Lobaido says the vandalism is nothing short of a hate crime.

Police say they have not received any reports on the crime.
