Performers pulled from Williamsburg Bridge

WILLIAMSBURG - A pair of street performers were arrested last night after police say they made a frightening climb to the top of the Williamsburg Bridge as a part of a circus act.

Seanna Sharpe, 24, and her boyfriend, Thomas Skinner, climbed the metal beams of the bridge and put on a performance for about 10 minutes before being pulled down by authorities.

The duo claims they were trying to inspire others to face their fears.
