SHEEPSHEAD BAY - Fluid spilled out onto Voorhies Avenue after a piece of construction equipment tipped over this morning.

The buildings department inspected the site following the accident with a pile driver.

Avalon Bay NYC Development, which owns the property, currently has an open violation for failure to provide a job-site fence.

News 12 was informed that first responders evaluated a worker on the scene, but he did not need any further medical attention.
