Changes are coming to the "DUMBO Beach" vacant lot on Jay Street as plans are underway to renovate the lot into a new plaza. The public plaza will feature granite stone seating, new fencing and greenery, and bike racks. A 15-foot wide land bridge will also be built to connect the plaza to Brooklyn Bridge Park.
