Richard Nappi was killed one year ago today fighting a Bushwick warehouse fire.

BUSHWICK - Mayor Michael Bloomberg and firefighters from across the city gathered in Bushwick to honor a fallen firefighter.

Officials dedicated a plaque and mural in honor of Richard Nappi, a member of Engine Company 237. Nappi was killed one year ago today fighting a Bushwick warehouse fire.

Fire officials say Nappi was the second firefighter in the company to die on the job.
