CANARSIE - One person was killed and another was injured in an early morning shooting in Canarsie.

Police say shots rang out at around 2 a.m. on Ralph Avenue. They say a 26-year-old woman was taken to Brookdale Hospital to be treated for a gunshot wound to her knee, and a 31-year-old man was pronounced dead on arrival at Kings County Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.

No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
