Police: 2 suspects kidnapped, robbed victim in Flatlands

Police responded last Tuesday around 11:30 p.m. to shots being fired in front of a building on East 54th Street. A witness told police that they saw a person being forced into a minivan by two armed and masked men.

BROOKLYN - Police are searching for two suspects involved in an armed kidnapping in Flatlands.

Police responded last Tuesday around 11:30 p.m. to shots being fired in front of a building on East 54th Street. A witness told police that they saw a person being forced into a minivan by two armed and masked men.

While inside the van, police say the victim was robbed, assaulted and stabbed.

The victim was then dropped off on East 39th Street and Foster Avenue about five blocks away.

Police say they are looking for two men, one of which has been described as a black man in his 40s with a white beard.
