BROOKLYN - Police say they have arrested three people in connection with the death of Brooklyn rapper Rhian Stoute.

Stoute, also known as "Kampane," was found dead and badly burned inside a car in New Jersey.

Police have charged Randy Manning and Natuchka Etienne in connection with the death. A third man from New Jersey was also charged.

Investigators say Manning shot Stoute on Monday night before setting his house on fire. He then took Stoute's body to New Jersey, where it was left in the back of a Chevy Tahoe.
