BROOKLYN - A 70-year-old man is in police custody after allegedly shooting and killing his sister in East Flatbush.

Police say the suspect and his sister were arguing because she wanted him to move out of their East 25th Street house. The suspect then allegedly shot his 63-year-old sister in the chest, killing her. The victim's 36-year-old daughter suffered a graze wound to the head, but is in stable condition.

Investigators have not released the names of the people involved. The suspect has not been charged yet.
