EAST NEW YORK - Thirteen alleged drug dealers are behind bars after a major drug bust in East New York.
The suspects were arrested and accused of selling crack cocaine, heroin and marijuana inside and around a NYCHA housing complex. Undercover officers made more than 90 transactions with the suspects at the Fiorentino Plaza Houses, which eventually led to the arrests.
The NYPD worked with the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office for nine months as part of the investigation.
