BROOKLYN - Police arrested a man they say went on a three-week spree slapping more than a dozen women on the buttocks in Crown Heights. Frankie Hatton, 21, is facing charges of forcible touching and sexual abuse. Hatton was taken into custody shortly after that last alleged attack on Tuesday night. According to a neighbor, Hatton is a homeless man with a history of aggressive behavior who lives in a maternity shelter with his pregnant wife.
