BROOKLYN - Police say they have arrested a suspect in a hit-and-run that killed a 52-year-old Monday night.

Police say they believe 23-year-old Anthony Garcia was responsible for hitting and killing Brian Waldman at the intersection of Coleridge Street and Shore Boulevard.

Garcia is charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
