BROOKLYN - Police have arrested a suspect involved in two attacks in Williamsburg.

Cops say the suspect came up behind a woman, claimed he had a gun and forced her off an elevator at a Manhattan Avenue building. A second incident occurred on New Year's Day.

Elba Rodriguez, a resident in the building, tells News 12 Brooklyn that police are also warning tenants of a third sexual assault involving a minor.
