BROOKLYN - Police arrested a teen in the fatal stabbing of an emergency medical technician yesterday. According to police, 19-year-old Alexander Hernandez was taken into custody on murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges.

Police say 20-year-old Kelvin Buggs was slashed in the neck and shoulder outside a house party on Fulton Street over the July Fourth weekend.
