Police: Fetus found in Coney Island trash not human

Police say the fetus found in the trash at a Coney Island apartment building yesterday is not human. No charges will be filed.

CONEY ISLAND - Police say the fetus found in the trash at a Coney Island apartment building yesterday is not human.

Police and the medical examiner responded after the fetus was found in the building's trash compactor.

Officials say no criminal charges will be filed.
