Police find, arrest BK woman who escaped from custody

Police have found the Brooklyn woman who they say escaped from custody on Thanksgiving night with the help of her companion.Investigators say 28-year-old Janine Power

BROOKLYN - Police have found the Brooklyn woman who they say escaped from custody on Thanksgiving night with the help of her companion.Investigators say 28-year-old Janine Power was arrested after robbing a cab driver. While cops were transporting her to Brooklyn Central Booking, Power escaped from the back seat of the police car.

Police found Power and 41-year-old Anthony D'Angelo, at a mobile gas station on Coney Island Avenue.

Both were arrested and charges are pending.
