BROOKLYN - Police have arrested a man for allegedly stabbing his wife to death Sunday morning in Canarsie.

Hazel Robinson was found at around noon on East 102nd Street near Seaview Avenue. Family members say Robinson and her husband, Ian, were a church-going couple with no history of domestic abuse. The couple was married for five years.

Authorities say they found Hazel with stab wounds to her neck.

Hazel's cousin told News 12 Brooklyn that the couple had no children together. The victim's young grandson was in the house when the incident took place.

Ian Robinson has been charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
